Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We’re committed to providing a smooth and stress-free photo day experience for every team and family. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling: If you need to cancel, a full refund will be provided only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Refunds are issued if the photographer is unable to complete the session due to unforeseen circumstances. If your player can't make it to the teams scheduled date and time, contact us as soon as possible to arrange a private date and time. Additional charges may apply.
